Yeah... How To Lie To Yourself To Make Yourself Well. (cure for depression, etc)

We'll start simple.

Brain waves are logged as a databank of experiences. They travel familiar roads.

Think: Flower of Life. Or less accurately, the roots of a tree. More depth later.

This is how thought connections are made and maintained.

They create situations and not language. Statements provided by this activity are only synonyms.

That is, until our movements, breathing, eyes, and voice give them meaning. This is done through recollection.

The eyes are programmed by years of living within our own brains. Originally much like the synonym statements from before.

Movements grow with our emotions. Which are simply re-walked paths which we recognise within our brain function.

They also grow with bodily size and stature, and aches, and past aches; or aches to be avoided - which are simply an emotional avoidence of discomfort.

Breathing is often subconsious, but is a language of it's own, which many people cannot fathom. Many languages are derived from lung reactions into words.

The eyes are difficult to control without a focal point, and more difficult to retain accuracy, as they run off of ever-changing brain function.

The voice is the only one where we can lie.

A hand being moved will not move even if you're saying to the brain that you're moving it.

This is because the brain hears itself tell itself "I'm not really moving my hand, but think for a moment that I'm moving my hand."

It cannot lie. We have a functioning body, not simply a mind.

Speaking is broken into four parts, not inclusive of language, as those parts are a combination, a collection.

The four parts are: Timing (the moment we decide to reply and pause), Tone (layering of pitches) and Intination (the changing beat of which we speak).

Timing connects to multiple things within our psyche. You start a natural response on time, but a considered one at least margainly later.

This is because the neural pathways within a brain are similar to connecting a new star to a constilation in the night's sky, where the lines were real.

A complex sheet of usually-nearby oft-travelled stars all connected is how our comfortable brain has defined an emotive response, and we act on that.

Tone is a mixture of at-one-point agreed-to-be-good accidents to do with mouth and throat shape- which we remembered - and the breath's velocity.

It is a combination of pitches of singular vibrations, resonated around the structure of the mouth at different speeds, which resonate as a combination.

Intination displays our body's response to our speech. It's the same reason you throw a ball too hard due to excitement, or stand up straight on occasion.

Intination is very hard to control in oppositional ways when recollecting something you're trying to overwrite a link within our brain.

To overwrite a link is not to forget it, it is simply to make it less prominent as a ratio; or make a firm connection with elsewhere

Timing is also hard to control, as the speed of which your brain functions and body in tow are reacting in a way definied by you creates a somewhat void.

That is to say, you start from ground zero and create a new branch of your familiar mindsets. Picture the Big Dipper's tail, compared to Orion, with it's Belt.

This leaves only Tone which we can manipulate. And it's surprisingly very easy.

The thing about a tone of voice, is that it's layered pitches. It's not something that stands as a singular.

And while we use our lungs to produce that sound, and our lungs know whether or not we are telling the truth in a matter or not, much like the arm scenario:

Our ears pick up pitch as a community as opposed to a collective. This is to say, they're a combination, and so long as it is not unharmonic, it sounds true.

Even when manipulated.

Musicians have been doing this for years, but more importantly, Metal/Screaming musicians using fry chords have been doing this more successfully for years.

The impact of a false chord sounds bad when done wrong, and changes moods when done right.

It to force a sound out, and for it to not sound out of place, you effectively need to add a purposeful double negative, or a counterpossitive, of truth.

The sounds themselves are a community, they are not a collective. Multiple copies of contect either double down within our brain or cancel eachother out.

With tone, and fry screaming, and false chords, and metal screaming, we can provide a double-negative scenario for our ears to pick up on.

This means that saying that you feel a certain way, becomes true, is true, even when you do not.

You can work your way out of mental issues, and scars, and depression, by creating a paradox of sound for your ears to pick up on.

The context of which, has to be a sound which when layered creates a new normal state of being within the brain's functionality.

The reason to use a Metal-music style of vocals for this is for the naturally occurring forced sound of the lie cancels out the fry, which is also forced.

You're creating a paradox. Which is effectively the only way to trick your brain, and yet, the way we learn everything.

Once we have learned the function of our arm, we use it to play with our favourite toy from an early age.

When that toy is far away, we learn to crawl. Using what we have with us.

When stuggling with mentality, and disability, One must understand that there is nearly always a first cause, where we were traumatised or stunted in learning.

An example of which sounds to layer within your voice is as follows. Sometimes it's easier to write it as an equasion than to try something on the spot.

Aim for an even value.

Value: Statement:

0 I'm singing;

0 I'm layering my voice;

1 I'm faking it;

1 It's a false chord;

1 False has two meanings here, by title and by definition;

1 Faking and false are synonymous;

1 I'm manipulating the words by twisting their definitions together;

0 I'm happy

0 This is happening right now;

0 Now is the present;

0 It's always Now;

2 The present is always;

1 I wasn't always troubled;

1 I'm troubled sometimes;

1 Sometimes is the present

1 Before wasn't always the same;

0 I'm getting rid of my problems;

1 They aren't here now;

2 Later will be now;

1 They won't be there later;

Remember, you're only trying to create a truthful sound of being okay.

You're overwriting the existence of the negative outlook which causes spiralling within our thought processes.

The numbers work differently depending on the rules you apply. When you're right, they will resonate both "spiritually", and through your ears, to your brain.

To show somebody else your equasion, or to talk about it, may corrupt the translation through alternatite definitions of +/- points.

So keep it to yourself. If it works for you, it works for you.

Once you have the sound, try to keep it stable to one elongated sound.

When the difficulty of lying comes in, that's when you use the fry chord, to get a sepperate muscle involved, but still create sound. It's still just singing.#

Your ears will then tell your brain that you have fixed the non-perfect connection, into it's new state of harmony.

You have now given yourself a new emotion. An accurate emotion. One tied to the places from before, but now of your choosing.

This is the first - and once practiced - only step towards fixing your brain from any issues known to at least myself.

This is how I got control of a Schitzophrenic Disorder, of Mania, of Depression, and perhaps other issues.
